PENTICTON STAYS "CUTTING EDGE" WITH HIGH TECH AVERAGING!
We're continuing with age averaging (it's really only "age-adding together", there is no dividing!) for all crews IF THEY WANT. If you don't want to age average, you dont have to! Age averaged crews will be eligible for the really excellent prizes PRCC always has for all official categories (3 crews makes you official). CORA doesn't allow age averaging for CORA Cup points, so you'll score points in your actual age category. Race organizers reserve the right to amend the rules at their discretion and without notice (like if you're stacking a team with five "Masters" age paddlers and one infant to keep you in the much easier "Open" category).

JUNIOR SMALL BOAT RACE ADDED TO SUNDAY's VENUE
We'll have two different length races for junior paddlers.  "11 and under" and "12 and over" will both start at 8:00 am. Parents/caregivers will be asked to vouch for their kid's ability to paddle a small boat. Come out and cheer the kids on!

SAME GREAT FOOD AND PRIZES, EVEN LESS GARBAGE!
We'll be serving our great PRCC post-paddle pot o'something plus fixings! Bring your own utensils and help us lighten our environmental impact. Time bonuses may be subtracted for bringing your own stuff.

If one rep from each club could give us a heads up as to how many teams are coming, we'd appreciate it so we can make enough food and truck in enough prizes.
